Returns Policy

If you have ANY questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, please call us at 910-426-1494 for a sizing consultation before ordering or email us at sales@leannechurchsuits.com

Merchandise may be returned for a Store Credit. You have 5 days to submit this claim from the date that you receive your package.

You must contact us at: [910- 426 1494] or email us at: sales@leannechurchsuits.com within 3 business days upon Receiving your delivery.

You must request a Return Authorization #.

Ship back package immediately , Authorization numbers are only valid for 5 days.

Please insure your package, we are not accountable for lost or misdirected returns.

ATTENTION:

The items [ s ] must be shipped back in the original state, packaging, tags, cover and hanger.

The item [s ] will not be accpeted & will be rejected, if the item [s ] have any traces, hint,

indication that will give evidence , the item [s ] has been worn.

Must be returned back in the exact same conditioned as you received it.

ALL HATS ARE FINAL SALE! Due to sanitary reasons, we DO NOT ACCEPT any returns on all hats.

Church Suits reserves the right to delcline, or not accept any items [ s].

The Manufacture does charge a [ Re-stocking Fee of 25% ] .

The remaining balance [less shipping ] ; will be applied as a store credit.

In the event that we made an error with your order, we will reimburse your shipping fees up to $23 USD for Domestic or $99 for International. We recommend that you use USPS for best pricing. You will recieve the refund or store credit once your return has been inspected and received.

Store Credit is valid for 6 months.

International Shipping:

We are not responsible for any [ Out of Country Duty/ Custom Fees or any Import Fees].

No Returns or Exchanges on any [ Hats and Purse Combos Orders and/ or any Individual Hats or purse orders ].

All Clearance Items are Final Sale.

Churchsuits.com is strictly a retail site. We do not offer wholesale.

We Will Not Accept any Item that have Been sent back to us without an authorization number.

In order to Be Eligible for a Store Credit - All Item (s) Must be sent back in their Original State, Must not have been worn, And with ALL Original Tags and Hangers.

We reserve the Right to Refuse or Reject any item (s) sent Back.

The manufacturer will charge a 25% ( Restocking Fee ) On All Returns. There is a Limit of ( 1 ) Store Credit per order. No Returns or Exchanges on Store Credit purchases.

Store credit must be used within 6 months from the return date.

No returns/exchanges on special orders or back orders.

Hats/and or Purses are Final Sale. No Exchanges or Store Credit on Hats, Purses, Gowns, and/or jewelry.

We Do Not Issue Store Credits on shipping charges. And we are not responsible for any shipping charges.

We do not Issue Store Credits or Exchanges on any group orders.

We do not Issue any refunds or store credits for incorrect sizes.

All Merchandise has gone through several Inspections for Damages/ Defects before shipping.

We are not responsible for Dry Cleaning Issues, type of fabric or materials.

You have ( 6 ) Months to use your Store Credit, If credit is not used within ( 6 ) Months - your store credit will be cancelled. Store Credit is valid for 6 months.

BACKORDERS - There will be no exchanges or refunds or returns on Backorders.

If you purchase more than 3 items, you may incur an additional shipping charge. Churchsuits.com will contact you for a difference in cost to ship your items.

CANCELLATIONS will result in a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping charges.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
