Returns Policy


If you have ANY questions or uncertainty as to what size to order, please call us at 910-426-1494 for a sizing consultation before ordering.


Merchandise may be Returned for a Store Credit. You Must Contact us  at: (910) 426-1494 or email sales@leannechurchsuits.com within ( 48 ) Hours of Receipt of Purchase and request an Authorization Number and give us a reason for your return. All sales are final on clearance items.

Churchsuits.com is strictly a retail site. We do not offer wholesale.
 
We Will Not Accept any Item that have Been sent back to us without an authorization number.
 
In order to Be Eligible for a Store Credit - All Item (s) Must be sent back in their Original State, Must not have been worn, And with ALL Original Tags and Hangers.

We reserve the Right to Refuse or Reject any item (s) sent Back.
 
There will be a 30% ( Restocking Fee ) On All Returns and Exchanges. There is a Limit of ( 1 ) Store Credit per order.
 
Hats/and or Purses are Final Sale. No Exchanges or Store Credit on Hats, Purses, Gowns, and/or jewelry.

If the item you purchased is no longer in stock, you will be entitled to an even exchange on the item for the same style and size. If the item is not available due to size, or color, then you will receive a store credit which must be used within 90 days.

We Do Not Issue Store Credits on shipping charges. And we are not responsible for any shipping charges.
 
Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering, or you can call us at: (910) 426-1494 to inquire about the sizes.

We do not Issue Store Credits or Exchanges on any group orders.
We do not Issue any refunds or store credits for incorrect sizes.
 
All Merchandise has gone through several Inspections for Damages/ Defects before shipping.

We are not responsible for Dry Cleaning Issues, type of fabric or materials.

You have ( 60 ) Days to use your Store Credit, If credit is not used within  ( 60 ) Days- your store credit will be cancelled.

 

Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

 
CANCELLATIONS will result in a 30% restocking fee plus the shipping charges.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Call Church Suits for Express Shipping/Deliveries at 910-426-1494. Do not order from the website if you need an immediate delivery.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Churchsuits reserves the right to change our shipping and returns at any time, for any reason, without prior notification.

Merchandise may be Returned for a refund.

If you wish to  be refunded for an Item- You Must Contact us ( 7 ) Days of Receipt of Purchase and request an Authorization Number and give us a reason for your return.

Refund may take up to 21 days.

We Will Not Accept any Item (s)  that have Been sent back to us without an authorization number.

There will be a 35% ( Restocking Fee ) On All Returns. There is a Limit of ( 1 ) refund per Order.

Hats/ And or Purses are Final Sale. No Exchanges or Refunds On Hats/ And or Purses.
